Transformation Game
How could I have a blog and not mention the famous Transformation Game, the love of my life? Please go to my website, www.transgame.ca and come and play with me!
Women Gathering event
Mary Rankin is working hard to bring us another Women Gathering event at the end of April. www.womengathering.com will tell you more; keep checking in as it builds.
Swami Beyondananda
I definitely want to hear Swami while he's in town at the end of the month. Unity Church of Edmonton is hosting him. Go to www.unityofedmonton.ca/ to find out how to end January with some good laughs.
WISE newsletter
I've been working on the layout for the W.I.S.E newsletter (Women in Spirituality Edmonton.) It's getting bigger and better all the time. Go to www.members.shaw.ca/wisewomyn/ to find out how to get a copy, and to learn about W.I.S.E.

Eileen Caddy
I know many people will be sad to hear that Eileen Caddy, one of the three founders of Findhorn, has died. Eileen has been frail for several years. I caught a brief glimpse of her while I was there and was saddened to see how much she had aged in a short time.
But how can any of this be sad? Eileen exchanged so much love, with other people and with god. I have the sense of her being lifted out of her body on a massive tsunami of love.
While I was there, a Japanese woman told me "Two weeks ago I bought a book, Opening Doors Within, by Eileen Caddy who I had never heard of before. And now I am here."
Findhorn has given us many things, including Sacred Circle Dance and the Transformation Game. Eileen, with Peter and Dorothy, gave us Findhorn.

Green Christmas Tree ideas
I spent some time recently with the beautiful Re-Use Christmas Tree at City Hall - completely decorated with "garbage". I'm so impressed by the creativity of some people!
If you go to www.edmonton.ca/waste, click on "publications" and scroll down a bit you'll find booklets which give instructions for decorations for a traditional tree and a contemporary tree. A lot of people I talked to were planning to get their kids involved in making brilliant decorations from things that would normally be sent to the landfill.
Me, I don't have a tree. I'll just remember the little twin oak at Findhorn.
